BFAP IT Mission
Business & Finance consolidated its IT resources into a centralized group in February 2010. When Business & Finance split into Business & Finance and Administration & Planning, a decision was made to keep the IT services intact supporting both vice presidential areas. The primary goal was to setup an IT service center that supports each areas business operations by delivering client satisfaction and reliable IT services and solutions.
What's New
As of Nov 25, 2013 the BFAP IT Helpdesk is now part of the OCIO's Shared IT Help Desk.

The new hours for desktop and helpdesk assistance will be 6:30 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday through Thursday and 6:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Fridays. Weekend hours are Saturday, noon to 5 p.m. and Sunday, 3 p.m. to 8 p.m.
