As of Nov 25, 2013 the BFAP IT Helpdesk is now part of the OCIO's Shared IT Help Desk.
The new hours for desktop and helpdesk assistance will be 6:30 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday through Thursday and 6:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Fridays. Weekend hours are Saturday, noon to 5 p.m. and Sunday, 3 p.m. to 8 p.m.
